Succumb – XXI LP

Succumb returned in 2021 with their sophomore album, XXI. Building on the explosive sound of their 2017 debut, XXI sees vocalist Cheri Musrasrik take an allegorical look at the elements and their related mythologies: Lilith, the Orphic poems, ocean and nature deities, Dionysus, Arthurian literature, fly agaric as soma, the cosmic egg, and the Boxer Rebellion.
