Shipping policy

We ship worldwide daily from our shop front in Melbourne, Australia. We offer free shipping for orders over $150 in Australia and charge a $10 flat rate for everything under.

Preparing your order for shipment may occasionally take longer during high volume periods, and if you place an order on a weekend or public holiday this won't ship until the next business day.

During checkout, you'll have the option to select a postage service. Express offers next business day delivery (if placed before cut-off) to metropolitan areas within Australia. Parcel Post is a little cheaper, and will generally take a little longer to arrive. If you live locally, the Parcel Post option will typically arrive as quickly as Express (outside of peak holiday periods).

You'll receive an update with a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been processed in our system.
