Rod Cooper – Rarotonga MC

In 37 years of instrument building, noise making and noise machine construction, Australia's Rod Cooper has used everything from tape, gadgets, mortal coils, drain spaces, bridge spaces, microphones, computers, wood, metal, paint, paper, plastic and glass in the development of his practice. Rarotonga is a harsh noise / experimental cassette, housed by a metal clasp and wooden sculpture the same size as the cassette tape. Made and released by Cooper himself.
