Rod Cooper – Manganese Sunset 2MC

In 37 years of instrument building, noise making and noise machine construction, Australia's Rod Cooper has used everything from tape, gadgets, mortal coils, drain spaces, bridge spaces, microphones, computers, wood, metal, paint, paper, plastic and glass in the development of his practice. Manganese Sunset is from a series of 2MC recordings housed in a recycled decorative cardboard box with plastic insert. These are experimental / harsh noise recordings, made and released by Cooper himself.
