In 37 years of instrument building, noise making and noise machine construction, Australia's Rod Cooper has used everything from tape, gadgets, mortal coils, drain spaces, bridge spaces, microphones, computers, wood, metal, paint, paper, plastic and glass in the development of his practice. Deprivation is a harsh noise cassette, housed within a wire metal sculpture. Made and released by Cooper himself.
