Crow's have have long had ties to being harbingers of death and messengers from the Underworld, but they also have ties to divination and prophecy - the ancient Greeks viewed the crow as a symbol of Apollo in his role as god of prophecy. The 'Seer' necklace features a 7cm long carrion crow mandible, cast in sterling silver and hung upon a 60cm sterling silver oval belcher chain. This necklace has been oxidised to bring out the textured surfaces. Sterling silver may further oxidise over time due to the skins natural oils.
