Held, aka Alexander Held, is an independent illustrator and designer known for his work in the underground music scene, including for the likes of the likes of Bestia Arcana, Morbosidad and Pseudogod. Based in Russia, he creates album covers, logotypes, and more for extreme metal bands. He is recognised for his striking, macabre aesthetic and intricate hand-drawn artwork, lettering and linework, drawing heavily upon dark and esoteric imagery.
