Colostomy Baguette? was formed by high school friends Wayniac and X in 2009 as a mixture of grindcore, harsh noise, and doom metal. Now sits closer to the likes of death industrial and power electronics in its brickwalled intensity and stomping pace.

Largely unknown for the first several years, the group gained some wider recognition in 2015 when it joined with sludge metal group She Beast to form Religious Observance, although CB? continued to cough up layers of feedback and discord beyond this time.

The contributions of now sadly deceased member The Shitter from 2016 brought an extra level of body horror from her writings about going through stage 4 bowel cancer, with the sound becoming more funereal for a time. Recent refinements of the sound have pared things back, setting aside the spoken elements and soundscapes to be more directly eviscerating and aggressive.
