In order to minimise waste and cost, if a small mark\/defect appears in a print but does not affect the audio quality, then they are still used. As such, all microphones have their own unique\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"bcTruncateMore\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003echaracteristics 🖤\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe mics do have a noise floor that can be audible at high gain \/ low volume sounds (a few variables here... but acknowledging it exists). They are also quite susceptible to handling noise due to the simplistic nature of their construction.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eEach mic is hand stenciled, and may contain traces of paint splats. Equally so each case has been hand sanded with a unique collection of scuff marks.
